Regarding the delivery of products during GW

We would like to inform you of our shipping policy during the Golden Week holidays.

We will not take a break from shipping, but if your order is ordered from a manufacturer, you will have to wait for the product to be shipped during the manufacturer's warehouse closure.

Orders confirmed between April 24 (Fri.) and May 7 (Thu.) and not in stock at our warehouse will be shipped sequentially from May 11 (Mon.) onward.
The delivery schedule differs depending on the product. Please check the "Delivery Status" on each product information page for the delivery schedule.
